Through our agency partnerships, Johnson Homes offers competitive pay, training and support to Host Home Providers. The Agency pays for PCA training and offers ongoing support and team building events throughout the year.

If you are interested in becoming a Host Home Provider, these are the requirements:

• Application
• Background checks
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Maintain a clean driving record with active driver’s license
• Homeowner’s/Renter’s  insurance
• …as well as  all other requirements
